Armurad is a city in the center of the Empire of Jagrad near the Afruta river. Armurad was once the capital of the Medryan empire, but it has lost power in this regard because it now only serves as a regional strong point.

Traditionally, the authority of Armurad has historically been entrusted to a member of the Jagrad royal family, appointed as the satrap to the king. Presently, this esteemed position is held by the younger brother of the reigning King of Jagrad.

Armurad is also the home of the ziggurat of Armurad and therefore also the abode of the warlocks of Armurad.
